PwD candidates also need the UDID or disability certificate. Keep a category certificate ready too, even though you do not upload it in the JEE Main form; you will need it at counselling.

A recent colour photo (JPG, 10–200 kB), a live photo taken during the form, a signature (JPG, 10–100 kB) and a Class 10 certificate (PDF, 50–300 kB). PwD candidates also upload a UDID or disability certificate.
The 2027 bulletin's upload list does not include a category certificate, but you will need a valid one at counselling, so keep it ready.
An original valid photo ID such as school ID, PAN, driving licence, voter ID, passport, Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar with photo, Class 12 admit card with photo, ration card or bank passbook with photo.
Two passport-size photos, the same as the one uploaded in the application form.
