You can write JEE Advanced at most twice, in two consecutive years. The 2027 dates, brochure and syllabus will be released on jeeadv.ac.in by the organising IIT. Until then, treat any exact date you see as unofficial.
JEE Advanced rotates among seven zonal IITs: Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee. Recent organisers were IIT Madras (2024), IIT Kanpur (2025) and IIT Roorkee (2026). Public listings name IIT Delhi for 2027, which also fits the rotation. Confirm it on jeeadv.ac.in when the 2027 site goes live.

No. Under the current rule you can attempt JEE Advanced only twice, in two consecutive years. A proposal to allow three attempts was announced and then withdrawn in late 2024. If you wrote JEE Advanced in 2025 and 2026, you cannot write it in 2027.
Two compulsory papers of 3 hours each, on the same day, both covering Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The question types and marking change every year and are only revealed in the exam, so practise all formats: single correct, multiple correct with partial marks, numerical value and matching.
