Can I get NIT with 100 marks?
Yes, especially through Home State Quota in lower-ranked NITs with non-CS branches. For reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST), NIT options are significantly better.
Should I take a drop if I scored 100 in JEE Main?
Only if you believe you can improve by 40-50+ marks with a clear plan. If not, taking a good GFTI or state college and excelling there is often a better strategy.
