Can I Crack JEE Main in 3 Months?

From today to Session 1 (20 January 2027) is under three months. Here is what is realistic in that time, and how to use it well.

Direct answer

Yes, if “crack” means a good percentile. Clearing JEE Advanced or getting a top NIT from zero in 3 months is rare.

Three focused months can take most students from 60–70 marks to 100–130 by working only on high-frequency chapters, PYQs and accuracy. You also get Session 2 on 2–7 April 2027, which gives you about five months in total.

Which chapters to pick

Chemistry first: Coordination Compounds, p-Block, d- and f-Block, Chemical Bonding, Biomolecules, mole concept. Most of these are NCERT reading plus PYQs.
Physics: Modern Physics, Current Electricity, Electrostatics, Semiconductors, Units and Measurements.
Maths: Matrices and Determinants, Vectors and 3D, Sequence and Series, Statistics, Binomial Theorem, then Definite Integration.

Week by week

A 12-week plan

Weeks	Do this
1–4	Two chapters a week per subject: NCERT, then 25–30 PYQs each. One full mock every Sunday.
5–8	Keep adding chapters. Redo every wrong PYQ. Two mocks a week.
9–11	No new chapters. Revise, three mocks a week at 9 AM or 3 PM.
12	Light revision, formula sheet, sleep at the same time every night.

Only 1–2 months?

If you only have one or two months

Choose about 12 chapters total and do only those.
Chemistry NCERT is the fastest return. Read inorganic chapters twice.
Do not attempt questions you are guessing; −1 applies to numericals too.
Use Session 1 as practice and push for Session 2.
